- What is the square footage of you home?
- What is the condition of the area you need cleaned?
- What is the size of the area you need cleaned?
- Do we need to bring water to your home?
- Do you need overnight service?
- Is there any unusual debris or stains that you would like removed. For example paint, construction debris, concrete, silicon, oil, rust etc that you would like removed?
- What is the square footage of you home?
- Do you gutters have covers on them?
- Would you like your gutters cleaned on the exterior? We refer to this as gutter whitening.
- What is the total length of gutters that you need cleaned. We can measure this on-site at no cost.
- Is there water access on property
- How many stories is your home and what percentage of your gutters are on each floor?
- What is the square footage of you home?
- What size are your light fixtures. Ideally you could email or text a photo to us. Just give us a call to learn more.
- When were your chandelier cleaned last?
- Do you need lights bulbs replaced? If you provide the bulbs we can install them for free up to 20 bulbs.
- Height of your fixtures. We generally would like to know the distance from the bottom of your chandelier to the floor.
- How is the access to your chandelier? Are there stairs underneath or a pool perhaps? (would not be the first time)
- Is there construction debris on them? Paint or drywall dust?
- Is there any unusual debris or stains that you would like removed?
- And of course, what type of chandelier(s) are they?
- What is the condition of your awning(s)? Are they dirty with dust, green algae, black algae (bacteria), rust or covered in lichen?
- What is access like? Are they above stairs or a pool?
- What is the size of your awnings.
- What material are they made from? Canvass, Vinyl, Metal, are they Sunbrella?
- What is the age of your awning or shade?
- What is the condition of the framing? Is it rusting?
- Is there any unusual debris or stains that you would like removed?
- Would you like them cleaned underneath? For some awnings it is not recommended.
- What type of roofing material is your roof constructed with? Asphalt shingle, clay tile, concrete tile, cedar shake, metal?
- What is the size of your home and the sized covered roof?
- Do you have gutters on your home?
- What is the pitch of your roof? Is it steeply angled or even possible flat?
- Is there debris on your roof you need removed? Leaves, branches, or other debris?
- How long since they were last cleaned?
- Is there any unusual debris or stains that you would like removed?
- Does your roof have green, black or orange growth on it? Is there lichen present?
- What is the square footage of your paved areas?
- Have they been sealed before and possibly need the previous sealant stripped first?
